After obtaining his degree in family medicine in 2005, Dr. Hugo Lamontagne continued his training by completing the advanced competence program in emergency medicine. He started with a mixed practice including intensive care, and later focused exclusively on the emergency department. Throughout his career, he developed a keen interest in targeted ultrasound. Convinced that this technology significantly improves decision-making and patient care, he shared his knowledge by teaching various applications of this technique to his peers.<\/p>\n

This interest naturally led him towards phlebology, where he could leverage all of his skills. Given that venous disease is a prevalent and debilitating issue, he finds it rewarding to have a positive impact on the health, aesthetics, and well-being of his patients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
