1. Can you tell us about your background? What motivated you to enter the field of aesthetic medicine?
(L.M) If you get to know me well, you’ll see that I have a very cartesian and structured side. But on the other hand, I am also passionate about all forms of visual art, including architecture and design! I decided to pursue university studies in a science-dominated field by completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and I then practiced for over 10 years in a hospital setting.
As a young nurse, I was eager to explore different fields. I then moved into the pharmaceutical industry and, in 2011, joined Allergan, the manufacturer of Botox and Juvéderm products—truly the best of both worlds, where I could finally merge my two passions: science and art.
This transition allowed me to immerse myself completely in the world of injectables, receiving cutting-edge training in all aspects of facial rejuvenation. I was surrounded by top-tier professionals and had access to the best training offered by internationally renowned injectors in the industry!
In my role as a clinical specialist, I had the privilege of training hundreds of doctors and nurses across the country over the past 14 years. At the same time, I led the Canadian team of clinical specialists, ensuring high-level scientific training and impeccable service.
Now, I am back in the clinic, eager to apply all this knowledge and offer a high-end experience to my patients.
2. What can patients expect during a consultation with you?
(L.M) During a consultation with me, we will explore your needs, concerns, and desires together! Rest assured, I take a strategic approach when assessing your face. Together, we will carefully evaluate the three key areas of your face—the upper, middle, and lower thirds—and how these zones work together in a holistic approach.

5. What do you love most about your job?
(L.M) I am deeply passionate, and I have found a field where I can truly thrive. What makes me happiest is making you happy!
