      Discover Platelet-Rich Plasma treatment (PRP)

Your blood contains active growth factors that revitalize, heal, and regenerate dysfunctional cells. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a 100% biocompatible compound genetically programmed to stimulate new cell production.

The process diminishes fine lines, wrinkles, and scars to give you a smoother, softer, and more even complexion, with a noticeable glow.

Suitable for both men and women, this treatment is recommended for the face, neck, décolleté, and hands, and in some Medicart clinics, to specifically treat under under-eye circles for a more alert appearance.

The platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is also used in the treatment of hair loss.

How does a Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment work?

The Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment involves drawing a small amount of blood into a specially designed test tube, which is then placed in a machine called a centrifuge to separate the blood’s layers. The PRP, which contains a high concentration of platelets and growth factors, is then re-injected into your face or other areas such as your neck, décolleté, or hands to reduce the signs of aging.

An injection gun is used to ensure a quick, precise, and painless injection. This is an autologous treatment, meaning it uses your own blood, thereby eliminating any risk of allergies or rejection.

We typically recommend three treatments, once a month for optimal results. A booster treatment is then recommended every six months.

Medicart does not practice medicine. Only members of the College of Physicians are authorized to perform medical acts reserved by law.

I have been having this treatment on my face for 6 years now, and I am completely sold on it. It has become essential for me to have naturally beautiful, healthy, and toned skin. Even my makeup artist notices the difference in my skin just a few days after the treatment!
