    Dr. Jason Leclair obtained his medical degree in 2008 and completed his family medicine training in 2010 at the University of Ottawa. He was trained by Dr. Lucie Beaupré and has been practicing phlebology with her since 2011. Dr. Leclair is a pratitioner who performs ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, advanced VenaSeal treatments, and conducts research on evidence-based sclerotherapy practices. He is now the Medical Director of Medicart Ottawa: Vein & Aesthetic Clinic. When he is not at the phlebology clinic, he practices family medicine in Ottawa and works as a hospitalist at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. Dr. Leclair is the Director of Education Services in Family Medicine at the Ottawa Hospital - Civic Campus and an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa.   • Dr. Lucie Beaupré

    Dr. Lucie Beaupré is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Montreal. She is a Fellow and an Advisory Board Member of the Canadian Society of Phlebology. In the Ottawa Valley, she is the first physician to be certified by the American Board of Venous and lymphatic medicine. In 1989, she started Dr. Beaupré Vein Clinic in Ottawa, which became, and still is, the most experienced vein clinic in the Ottawa Valley. In 2018, Dr. Beaupré transferred her practice and clientele to Medicart. Still passionate about her profession, she continues to work part-time, enjoying treating patients and witnessing their satisfaction. She still does some training for the talented group of physicians joining the Medicart Ottawa Vein Clinic.
